Coaching and mentoring has seen a rapid growth in recent years. One of the common themes arising from coaching research is the challenge that buyers of coaching and mentoring services have in understanding the complexity of the market. One of the major challenges that buyers face is the large number of coaches offering their services in the marketplace, yet hold no formal coaching or mentoring qualification.
The International Society of Qualified Coaches (ISQC) has been established to assist the discerning buyer in selecting a coach or mentor who they can be confident holds a recognised coaching qualification and who is someone committed to their continuing professional development (CPD) post-qualification.
The ISQC aspires to be a thriving coaching community, committed to supporting and developing each other and the coaching and mentoring profession to ensure that we practice in a professional and ethical way, with a quality assured practice.
